Frida Kahlo inspiration photo shoot - Stamford children's photographer
This photoshoot had been in the works for a quite some time.. If I say a year? And mostly because of me and my little model being in two different countries, however no doubt that a photoshoot like this requires preparation. And thats what we did during that one year period - talked about the outfits, (some of them were bought especially for the shoot), discussed a possible location and the set.
I told my little model who Frida Kahlo was, showed her some of Frida's photographs and paintings and got her so excited about this shoot. We together did a lot of research, shared some ideas and finally came up with these images. I am personally very happy with the result and so is my little girl.
The paintings and sculptures used in the shoot are by artist Vartkes Agababyan.
